Note: The procurement price for scrap is calculated on the basis of the average stock sale price for scrap type 2/8 (throughout Germany) published monthly by Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Stahlrecycling- und Entsorgungsunternehmen e.V. (BDSV) with a surcharge. The surcharge corresponds to the average gap be-tween the average purchase price used in the past by the German Steel Federation and the average stock sale price published by BDSV in 2015. It especially comprises the additional costs for the processing, brokerage and transportation of scrap.
