A Technical Customer Service Department for all material groups has been established at every production site of Deutsche Edelstahlwerke. In conjunction with the departments for Quality Assurance, Materials Testing and Acceptance / Release these Technical Customer Service Departments have been combined to form our brand new Technology and Quality Units.

These Technology and Quality Units cooperate closely with the Product / Process Development Units, which consists of the Development, Chemical Laboratories, Non-destructive Materials Testing and Steel Plant Quality Assurance departments. These units are also responsible for ongoing material and process development. 

Whenever there is a need for application-related advice, the right choice of material, recommended applications for our steels or questions regarding heat treatments and processing, there is an opportunity for you to build on our copious expertise.
