Deutsche Edelstahlwerk GmbH is available to carry out various tasks in the area of contract work.
Through the use of all of our production locations, we are able to perform various contract work:
Remelting
- Electro-slag remelting (ESR):
Ingot size 400-1250 mm - Vacuum arc remelting (VAR):
Ingot size 305-660 mm
Rolling
- Semi finished products: 50,0 to 320,0 mm square
- Bars: approximately 20,0 up to 250,0 mm round and various flat and square sizes
- Wire /rod : 5,5 to 30,0 mm round
Forging
- Bars: approximately 40,0 mm to 1100,0 mm round and
- various flat sizes and
- special profiles
Heat Treatment
For heat treatment different furnaces are available:
- Continuous furnaces
- Car bottom furnaces
- Single-bar-quenched-and-tempering device (EVA)
- Oil-tempering-Quette for the low distortion of plates
Surface processing
- Peeling
- Milling
- Turning
- Drawing
- Grinding
- Coating
We even can process heavyly deformable materials e.g. Titanium alloys, Molybdenum or Nickel-based alloys for you.
